Traditional Pumpkin Pie

Thanksgiving is only in a couple of weeks, isn't that crazy? If you're in charge of making the pumpkin pie this year, here is a great traditional pie recipe. Don't forget to top off with some cool whip :)

Ingredients:
Pie Crust
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup all-purpose shortening
3 Tbsp. ice water

Macadamia Streusel Toppping
1/4 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Pie Filling
2 cups pie pumpkin — baked and puréed
2/3 to 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 large eggs — lightly beaten
12 oz. can evaporated milk
