Ingredients:
⅓ cup pecans or walnuts
¼ cup sugar, divided
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cups lettuce mix (I used in arugula with green leaf lettuce)
1 pear, peeled, cored and sliced
2oz (60g) crumbled cheese (gorgonzola or feta)
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
