Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

This simple side dish fits in with any meal. It works with fish, chicken, pork, tofu, you name it. The best part is, it only requires a handful of ingredients that are already in your pantry.

12 oz green beans, trimmed (make sure they are dry)
2 tsp olive oil
kosher salt + fresh cracked pepper to taste

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp shredded parmesan
